Job Description
This role supports base business operations and smaller-scale projects, with a focus on:
Driving process changes and continuous improvement initiatives
Reducing scrap and optimizing manufacturing efficiency
Managing non-conformance investigations and implementing corrective actions
Supporting quality systems including CAPA and deviation management
Assisting with equipment onboarding (e.g., clean lines, packaging/sealing equipment, lasers, CNC, robotics)
Collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
