A position for a Process Engineer has become available within the Process Safety Department of BTT Richards Bay. The main purpose of the job is to provide technical expertise with respect to process design, process safety and project management. To deliver the best business sustainable solutions for process related projects in the Richards Bay and Isando Business Units.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Excellent understanding of relevant API/SANS/ASME/NFPA and other statutory standards/best practices
• Strong knowledge of the technical support, troubleshooting and process engineering features of refinery or storage tank facility equipment
• Strong technical writing (engineering reports)
• Engineering analysis and understanding engineering first principles
• Ability and willingness to travel
