Responsibilities
Lead production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and morale.
Implement and drive manufacturing strategy, ensuring its execution and effectiveness.
Manage change and transformation within operating teams, including IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma and Factory of the Future initiatives.
Coach and mentor line leaders and teams to model values and principles, fostering self‐sufficient teams.
Support annual operational plans and targets for safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement.
Establish governance for reviewing, controlling operational performance, and continuous improvement, embedding a zero‐loss mindset.
Identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability, and operating systems to deliver best‐practice and reliable operations.
