We're looking for a Process Engineer to lead the startup, validation, and stabilisation of a catheter production line — driving it from qualification through to full-rate production at target output, quality, and OEE. This is a hands‑on, shopfloor-first role (70–80% floor presence) for an engineer who thrives on solving real problems in real time.

• Line Startup — Execute startup plans, support line qualification, and provide hands‑on shopfloor support during ramp‑up
