New Product Introduction (NPI) collaboration with the China team. Technical liaison with local suppliers and process improvement (FMEA). Production team training and technical capability enhancement. Qualifications: Over 3 years of experience in process/electrical design, familiar with low-voltage switchgear and bus duct design. Experience in data center power distribution projects.
