Position Overview

            Production Engineering   Maximize efficiency of operation and machine utilization. 
Train Assistant Engineer/Production Technician to ensure that they are able to perform their job effectively. 
Monitor and minimize scrap rate and improve yield in the section. 
Ensure that proper and documented maintenance of machines and equipment used in production. 
Co‑ordinate with R&D in new product development. 
Standardize and document new process development and provide training to the staff. 
Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement. 
Maintain facilities to ensure equipment is in good and efficient working conditions. 
Make proposals for further improvement and implement it in production upon proposal. 
Machine troubleshooting and upgrade.
