We are looking for an Innovation Process Engineer for our client to develop new technologies, products, or processes to drive business growth and efficiency. This role involves a blend of engineering, research, and business strategy, focusing on creating and implementing innovative solutions to solve complex problems. The position is onsite based in Scarborough, ON.

Responsibilities

Ideation and Concept Development

• Generating new ideas, identifying opportunities for innovation, and developing initial concepts for new products, technologies, or processes. Develop preliminary process flow diagrams to ensure the customer's stated needs and product specifications are met. Align new products to existing and future capabilities.

Research and Analysis

• Conducting research to understand market needs, existing solutions, and emerging technologies, and analyzing data to inform innovation efforts.
