You'll play a key role in industrialising modifications, optimising manufacturing processes, and supporting aircraft production across major programmes.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of aircraft design/assembly (wing experience ideal)
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimisation, and workflow management
• Proficiency in SAP and ability to interpret technical drawings/specs
• Knowledge of lean principles
