Key Responsibilities
Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to understand manufacturing requirements.
Execute First Article Inspection (FAI) prove-outs and validate manufacturing feasibility.
Develop and maintain process documents, route cards, and manufacturing instructions.
Create and update M-BOMs in Oracle ERP based on engineering BOMs.
Conduct tooling trials and recommend suitable cutting tools and consumables.
