Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for a team of process engineers and technicians accountable to support development activities across a range of InP and GaAs new products being developed in Sherman for future mass production. Lead and manage 6-10 engineers and 4-8 process technicians. Education & Experience
Minimum # yr. experience should be 10 years in a process engineering role preferably with management experience. . BS/MS in an Engineering field or equivalent degree / experience. Skills
Leadership capabilities to demonstrate strong execution capabilities in a rapidly changing and high priority environment. Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
