Position Overview


  • Lead new product introduction (NPI), process transfers, and factory trials

  • Optimize production lines to improve throughput, reduce waste and losses

  • Define and implement process standards, work instructions and recipes

  • Collaborate with R&D, quality, engineering and operations teams

  • Analyze process performance and identify continuous improvement actions

  • Support and coach shopfloor teams on best practices and standards

  • Manage process validation linked to chocolate liquid & solid processing

  • Drive product industrialization and ensure compliance with quality standards



  • Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar)

  • First experience in FMCG / food / process industry

  • Strong knowledge of chocolate or similar processing technologies: Mixing, refining, conching, tempering, depositing
