Responsible for all SMT processes and equipment, such as printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, etc., including developing equipment programs and setting optimization parameters.
Regularly maintain the above equipment.
Develop equipment operation and maintenance guidelines.
Develop product flow charts, process routes, and work instructions.
Resolve and analyze technical and quality issues in daily production and handle defective products from downstream processes; NPI and transfer projects responsible for the above processes.
Submit effective and professional DFM reports after trial production.
Lead continuous improvement projects according to KPI requirements.
Communicate with equipment suppliers and regularly train relevant technical personnel and operators.
