Position Overview

            Process engineering of fine chemical organic synthesis in batch process, continuous fixed bed catalysis, dynamic adsorption and separation process. 
Process synthesis from basic experimental data, intensification, Design and verification of PFD, preparation of P&ID. 
Development of BEP (basic engineering package) of the project to be transferred from R&D to scale up (pilot) and manufacturing. 
New project creation, timeline progress. 
Material and energy balance calculations., cost evaluation. 
Simulation, modelling, bar chart or Gantt Chart, down time projection analysis. 
Technology transfer protocol and control. 
R&D, QA, QC for transferring process of Chemical products from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing 
Working and familiarization in ASPEN PLUS, HTRI, CHEMCAD, and VISIMIX, UNISIM, HYSYS, AOTOCAD, MATLAB. 
Design, procurement and detail engineering and ensuring timely delivery, vendor evaluation...
