Build analytical frameworks that translate volume forecasts and network changes into actionable carrier strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Drive cost-out initiatives across the 3P transportation portfolio. Develop and maintain cost models (CPP, CPS) to benchmark carrier performance, quantify savings opportunities, and track realized reductions against targets. Partner with Finance and Procurement to build business cases and report cost performance to leadership.

Own the Off-Manifest Defect Reduction program end-to-end. Analyze root causes of off-manifest defects using DPMO frameworks, develop corrective action plans with Operations and carrier partners, and drive measurable reductions in defect rates. Establish KPIs including reconciliation rates and missing manifest success rates to track program health.
