Responsibilities Tactical and Strategic Sourcing Support.(1)Support requests for qualifications, requests for proposal, requests for information, and other Cases as requested.(2)Coordinate and conduct kickoff meetings with the appropriate stakeholders to confirm expectations on the scope, scale, duration, timing, and deliverables of each sourcing event. (3)Create and maintain a project plan for each sourcing event to assist communications among team members. Confirm that the appropriate Client team members are informed on key activities such as Vendor participation, documented deliverables, and time allocation requirements.
