Position Overview

Develop and optimize assembly processes for customized automation equipment to improve assembly efficiency, quality, and workflow consistency. 
Prepare and maintain assembly SOPs, work instructions, process flow, and standard operation documentation. 
Coordinate with design, electrical, mechanical, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution and machine build activities. 
Analyze assembly issues during machine build and provide practical process improvement solutions to reduce rework and assembly difficulties. 
Lead process planning for new projects and support new product introduction (NPI) activities. 
Design and improve assembly fixtures, tools, and workstation layout to enhance assembly productivity and ergonomics. 
Monitor assembly progress and manpower allocation to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
