- Stabilise and Fix - Implement and supervise day‑to‑day engineering activities.
- Execution, monitoring, solving.
- Achieves targets for yield, FPY, cycle time, scrap.
- Approves routine changes; brings up major ones.
- Conducts weekly performance evaluations; ensures SOP compliance.
