We are seeking a Business Process Mapping Specialist to support a proof-of-concept initiative focused on automating QA/QC procedures with AI. This fully remote contract role is expected to last at least two months, with potential to extend depending on project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business sponsors and QA managers to document and process map existing QA/QC procedures (current state).
- Create clear, detailed process maps using Lucidchart or Visio (experience with either is acceptable; Lucidchart preferred for collaboration).
- Work independently to meet with stakeholders, gather requirements, and clarify procedures as needed.
- Ensure documentation is explicit, step-by-step, and free from ambiguity.
