Responsible for monitoring quality objectives during project trial production and mass production, and collecting issues;
Responsible for organizing Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) meetings and handling non-conforming products;
Responsible for monitoring the progress of quality issue analysis and resolution, and escalating issues in a timely manner based on the current situation;
Responsible for updating and maintaining on-site Control Plans (CP) and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP);
Responsible for leading customer audits and following up on identified issues;
Responsible for onboarding training for quality control inspectors.
