Purpose of Role:
To lead and drive Process Safety Management (PSM) excellence across Pharma API and Specialty Chemical manufacturing operations by implementing CCPS Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) framework, strengthening process safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preventing major accident hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of CCPS Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) elements across manufacturing sites.
Develop and execute Process Safety roadmap aligned with organizational risk management objectives.
Conduct and facilitate HAZOP, What-if, LOPA, SIL assessments, QRA, PSSR, and other Process Hazard analysis.
Establish robust Management of Change (MOC), Mechanical Integrity, Asset Integrity, and Process Safety Information systems.
Drive process safety culture transformation through leadership engagement, workforce involvement, behavioural interventions, and learning programs.
