Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing process videos and production workflows.
• Conduct time and motion studies using methodologies such as MODAPTS/ModApps.
• Establish standard labor times and man hour calculations.
• Perform productivity audits and compare actual performance against established standards.
• Identify waste, inefficiencies, and non value-added activities within manufacturing operations.
