A Day in the Life

As a Process Specialist at our plant in Funza, Colombia, your mission will be to strengthen our manufacturing operations through deep data analysis and continuous improvement. You will be a key player in transforming technical knowledge into replicable methodologies that drive quality and productivity in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Process Analysis and Strategy: You will analyze production data to identify patterns, deviations, and improvement opportunities. You will research and structure industrial knowledge to create quantitative, documented methodologies that optimize our processes.
• Improvement Project Management: You will develop and lead high‑impact projects focused on tackling the root causes of deviations, using technical evidence to improve key indicators like GCP (Good Cosmetic Practices) and NESQ.
