Overview

We are looking for a Process Specialist to drive the digital transformation of SME lending products and optimization of existing channels. This role will bridge business and technology teams to enhance lending processes, simplify customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Business & Process Analysis – Analyze SME lending workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.


• Risk assessment - Provide risk-based feasibility assessments to product squads and project teams during the design and development of SME digital solutions, ensuring proposed changes align with regulatory, operational, and compliance requirements. Contribute expertise in defined business and operational processes to support team initiatives.
