You will convert detailed SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and equipment documentation into visual content—including short instructional videos—for use in an internal AI-based training platform. The position combines hands-on process and troubleshooting experience with strong communication and documentation skills to capture and standardize institutional knowledge.
