Position Overview

Description

  • Provide technical support for process-related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in troubleshooting process issues and provide solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing processes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and technical support activities.
  • Train users on new process implementations and updates.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field (2 to 4 year course)
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knows simple QC tools such as Fish Bone Diagram, RCA, Pareto chart, Line or Bar graph, etc.
