Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field (2 to 4 year course)
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office applications.
Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knows simple QC tools such as Fish Bone Diagram, RCA, Pareto chart, Line or Bar graph, etc.
