**Job Title: Process Technician**
**Job Description**
The Process Technician will work with injection molding machines and robots that drive production. This role ensures proper maintenance to prevent downtime and meet customer delivery commitments. The technician will keep machines and robots production-ready, aligned with OEE goals, requiring strong attention to detail, process discipline, and effective root-cause analysis.

**Responsibilities**

+ Partner with the Shift Lead and Production Supervisor to complete weekly preventive maintenance on machines and molds and suggest improvements when needed.
+ Collaborate with the Process Engineer and Automation Engineer to review and implement new robot programs for new machines, molds, or efficiency improvements.
+ Perform emergency maintenance on molds, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
