Responsible for PLD test maintenance, transient, calibration and GRR, SPC review, follow up activities from process engineers to support test kit abnormal repair, root cause analysis and collect data for engineering report. Support production line for daily test problems, data analysis, troubleshooting, inconformity devices review and confirmation, line audit and abnormal reporting, improvement raising.
Education & Experience
BS Electronics/Electrical Technology. Technical school (include Senior Mid School) graduate or above in optic, semiconductor, electronics, or equivalent technical discipline.
