Perform routine production activities such as sample collections, in-process quality testing, plant patrols & data logging, chemical preparations, and loading & unloading of chemicals.
Perform troubleshooting to resolve operational issues and provide support to technical and maintenance teams.
Monitor and inspect equipment and instruments and when required, take corrective actions to maintain safe and optimal operation of the process plant.
Prepare equipment for safe handover to maintenance.
Read production schedules, shift logs, analytical results and technology team recommendations to determine changes to equipment control and process adjustments.
Update operating procedures and prepare maintenance package documentation for equipment maintenance activity.
Perform Permit to Work (PTW) job site risk assessment, and issue PTW to achieve safe work executions.
