Provide technical support to manufacturing facilities, including ERW mills, pipe finishing operations, heat treat and threading lines, and coupling machining operations.
Work with all departments to identify and implement opportunities for improvement to improve product quality and performance.
Address process control/product performance issues with a cross‑functional team using statistical tools and techniques to lead the group to data‑driven solutions.
Develop trending for quality KPIs such as rejects, rework, downgrades by mill/product, and key process factors.
Correlate this data to process conditions.
Publish update reports and provide analysis of the data with necessary action items.
Work with operations/quality team to improve trends.
