Highlights gaps and agrees on the next steps/timings to document all Business Processes.
Agrees on format and structure for all Business Process Documentation.
Pilot/Road Test documentation with end-users to ensure information is fit for purpose.
Supports new process/changes with 'as is' and 'to be' documentation.
Reviews and advises on resource requirements as necessary.
Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course.
