Position Overview

Main Duties

and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out the day-to-day administration of the disposals desk
  • Accurate data entry and recording of all new vehicle disposals on the bespoke database.
  • Arranging vehicles movements via a third party movement network from client to a sales location
  • Liaising with repairers and obtaining updates on all vehicles under repair awaiting disposal
  • Processing vehicle sales
  • Processing and administration of documentation and updating DVLA
  • Supporting the disposals team as required.
  • Assisting with covering holiday within other areas of the department as required

    • Key Skills:

  • Confident with Microsoft Office packages
  • IT literate
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Professional phone and email manner
  • Able to work independently and within a team
