Responsibilities

• Industrialize and apply the IProM procedure, including the Lean Process Design Methodology for large automation projects.
• Conduct functional analysis of equipment.
• Analyze operating and stopping modes of equipment.
• Apply applicable standards in the area of expertise.
• Design electrical and pneumatic plans for equipment.
• Support the ramp‑up of new equipment to ensure successful deployment.
• Create detailed specifications in the area of expertise and manage subcontractors.
• Monitor equipment performance (QCDM) to identify opportunities and implement improvement actions.
• Perform continuous improvement of equipment reliability, cost, and performance.
• Work on cycle‑time reduction to resolve bottlenecks, save resources, and optimize investments, enhancing HMACPI.
