Role Purpose:

The primary role of a Processor is to attend to Unit Trust transactions for customers and ensure timely and accurate processing.

Involvement and support in project/ enhancement testing and verification.

Incumbent must ensure strict adherence to Bank policies, procedures and operational controls. He/She must contribute as a team member to meet agreed processing turnaround time and customer service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to and ensure that customers’ instructions are promptly and accurately processed.
• Ensure that proper instructions are obtained prior to processing.
• Work closely with business partners to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Ensure timely and proper accounts reconciliation.
• Perform proper documentation and archival for customer instructions, completed transactions and reports.
