Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with both Malaysia and China procurement teams on operational matters.
  • Collaborate with country partners to ensure alignment in procurement practices, processes, and timelines.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the purchasing department and procurement team .
  • Assist purchasers with documentation, tracking, and follow-ups related to procurement activities.
  • Support procurement processes including maintaining records, preparing documents, and monitoring progress of procurement tasks.
  • Assist in resolving coordination or communication issues between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure procurement documentation and records are organised and updated when required.
  • Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior to support procurement operations.
