Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to appoint a detail-oriented and highly organised Procurement Administrator to support the procurement and compliance function within the business.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers and suppliers.
- Ensure all required onboarding documentation is collected, verified, and accurately recorded.
- Maintain and update the supplier database.
- Conduct supplier due diligence checks in line with company SOPs.
- Ensure supplier information and compliance records remain current and accurate.
- Maintain supplier accounts and supporting documentation.
- Administer supplier contracts, including renewals, amendments, and termination tracking.
- Ensure supplier contracts comply with company SOPs and BBBEE requirements.
