Role Overview • Leads complex IT procurement and contract negotiations across software, SaaS, and enterprise system implementations supporting large-scale government operations. • Owns cradle-to-grave acquisition lifecycle, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and alignment with security and regulatory requirements. • Acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders and vendors, balancing operational needs with legal, financial, and procurement constraints.
