Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Coordinate office operations: facilities, contracts, asset tracking, corporate card controls.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Travel, and other internal teams to facilitate processes.
- Handle general communications and respond to inquiries.
- Draft memos, prepare presentations, and generate reports.
- Support budget development and expense tracking.
- Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
- Organize internal/external meetings and events.
