Procurement Assistant

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Experience in Purchasing / Procurement is an advantage.
  • Computer skills most especially in browsing on the internet and proficiency in computer software.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Know how to drive manual and automatic.
  • Assist in the procurement process by researching vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining purchasing records.
  • Handle account to attend all the Request for Quote.
  • Conduct and evaluate market research.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and find the best lower prices.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Review specifications and quality of purchased products.
  • Must know how to drive manual and automatic.
  • Assisting with the delivery and collection.
