Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Supplier Master Data Management  Create and maintain supplier master records. 
Manage periodic renewal of supplier information, including: 
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) using VSMC templates 
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) documentation using VSMC templates 
Construction Site Safety Management Undertaking signing 
 Internal Document Management  Organize, file, and maintain OI documentation. 
Manage EUC documentation. 
Support contract management activities, including: 
Updating contract numbers in the ERP system 
Tracking and following up on contract signing progress 
Monitor monthly JCN closing status and follow up on pending approvals and signatures 
 Supplier Document Follow-up and Compliance  Coordinate supplier document sign-back and follow up on outstanding items.
