Job Summary

Responsible for the inventory, procurement, issuance, and monitoring of parts and materials. Assists in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, material planning, and budget monitoring to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of parts for operations and projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, parts inventory, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and material planning.
• Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
