Position Overview
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.
Compare quotations and assist in cost evaluation.
Maintain proper procurement records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
