Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Procurement Services and Technology team. He/she will be an integral member of procurement shared services set-up, and will conduct souring events and look after the end-to-end supplier onboarding process.
Responsibilites
Execute sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for low- to medium-complexity purchases using the enterprise sourcing system.Manage supplier invitations and communications, including clarifications and follow-ups during sourcing events.Support supplier onboarding, ensuring registration details, tax, and banking information are complete and accurate.Validate supplier data quality and resolve basic issues to prevent delays in PO creation and payment.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and audit requirements across sourcing and onboarding activities.Handle high transaction volumes while meeting ...
