The Procurement Analyst/ Buyer will monitor supplier performance, identify cost saving and continuous improvement opportunities, perform spend & market analyses, and participate in supplier negotiations. This person will work with internal teams and suppliers to help analyze the data for synthesis, identify cost improvement initiatives that could add value, and drive a reduction in complexity across the categories.
Essential Job Functions:
Identify and support cost savings, track and improve supplier performance, and find opportunities for value enhancement.
Supplier Management: Hold suppliers accountable for delivering on service commitments, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Measure identified supplier KPIs for quarterly reviews.
Tracking costs: Maintaining records to track invoices and costs, and reviewing costs to meet budget regulations
