Position Overview

            IT Procurement Consultant – Indirect Procurement

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Onsite weekly (Tuesday + as needed); Remote (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri)

12 + month contract

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories

Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes with cross-functional stakeholders

Support contract development and execution (NDAs, SaaS, software licensing, professional services agreements)

Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to identify improvement opportunities and enhance service delivery

Conduct spend analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve cost savings and risk mitigation
