Draft, review, and revise global supplier contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable and risk-mitigated agreements.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
Identify and address contractual risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
