Procurement Execution AnalystLocation: Guadalajara SSCJob Overview: The Procurement Execution Analyst Jr will be responsible for executing transactional procurement responsibilities in support of US segments.
In addition, procurement analyst (US segments) will execute tasks to monitor, report, and comply with core procurement policies as well as master data updates requested by US segments in accordance with established KPI/SLA.
The procurement analyst will partner with Buyers supporting other US plants and Mexico plants to share best practices, pool resources, and identify opportunities to enhance process, optimize spend, or reduce risk.Core ResponsibilitiesProcess Purchase Orders for Non-MRP generated and services Purchase Requisitions.Work to meet established KPI targets.Conduct and field communications with suppliers for designated Purchase Orders to follow up for timely deliveries (if needed).
