 As a Procurement Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:  Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing. 
Source and evaluate suppliers, manage tenders, and maintain strong vendor relationships. 
Monitor supplier contracts and pricing to ensure compliance with agreed terms. 
Forecast medication demand and coordinate inventory replenishment to prevent stock shortages and product expiry. 
Process purchase orders and track deliveries using ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central). 
Coordinate medication distribution, including urgent repacking and dispatch to clinics. 
Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medications in accordance with cold chain requirements.
