Role The Procurement Executive shall assist Procurement Manager on the day-to-day activities in fulfilling the purchasing needs of end users and tenders/contracts.
Responsibilities - Assist in the procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PR/PO, etc.)
- Manage all post-PO activities (e.g. expediting, payments, NCs, etc.)
- Track delivery and manage logistics for equipment and software procurement for APAC, in close collaboration with local and global Procurement teams.
- Perform goods receipt for all items received and services rendered by vendors
- Prepare program‑related documentation for execution, quality audits and tracking
- Evaluate existing vendors’ performance on a periodic basis
- Manage new supplier qualifications and existing supplier relationships
- Other tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager
