Position Overview

            Procurement Executive  Key Responsibilities  Procurement Coordination  Liaise with project teams to understand material, equipment, and service requirements. 
Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. 
Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 
Track and follow up on order status, deliveries, and backorders. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. 
 Cost & Documentation Management  Ensure cost-effectiveness by comparing price, quality, and delivery lead time. 
Maintain accurate procurement records including supplier quotations, POs, invoices, and delivery orders. 
Support project teams in preparing procurement-related documentation and reports. 
Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before submission to Finance.
