  • Development of new Analytics amp Business Intelligence techniques
  • Supplier Relationship Management Process amp Policy improvement
  • Timely amp efficient processing of supplier registration requests
  • Introduction of SRM techniques
  • Coordination with strategic suppliers BU and Sourcing for SRM
  • Development of reports analysis to help manage suppliers in a better way
  • Effective monitoring of departmental budget
  • Involvement of Business Units in Supplier Performance Evaluation
  • Timely completion of Supplier Performance Evaluation
  • Implementation of Process changes through ERP
  • Vendor Master Data Management
